Search Results

  • On the "Home Page," scroll down and locate the pamphlet that lists the "Let only" packages.



  • Select the "Book now" button below your desired package.



  • This will open an "Add New Property" form with your selected package




  • To add property, you can follow the guide provided below:
  • If you are interested in the "Mansion" package and would like to enquire about it, follow the guide below:

  • To book rental packages. First, scroll down on the "Home Page" and locate the pamphlet that lists the "Let only" packages.




  • Locate “Mansion” package, click on the "Book now" button below the Mansion package.



    • This will take you to the Mansion page.



  • Next, go to the "Enquire Now" form.






  • Fill out your “Name”, “Email”, “Phone”, “Address” and “Comments” in the designated fields.





  • You will need to agree to Rentigo's terms and policy by checking the box provided.




  • Finally, click on the “Send” button



    .
  • You will see a pop-up message that says, “Mansion Enquiry has been sent successfully”.

  • You will also receive an email confirming your enquiry submission.

  • To add a property to your favourites. First, find your desired property from the search listing.




  • You can find its guide below.
  • Next, click on the "Star" button located on the property card.



  • The icon will become active.


    • A pop-up message will appear saying, "Property Added To Favourites". 

 

  • To view your saved properties, click on the "Down Arrow" button located at the top right corner of the website.

 

  • From the drop down menu, select the "My Favourites" button.


 

  • This will display a list of all the properties that you have saved in this section.

Method 1

  • To begin your property search on the “Home Page”, locate the search box.



     
  • First click on the "Property Type" drop down menu and select the type of property that you are interested in. Then, type in the Postal Code of the area you are searching for.

 

 

  • You can either type in the specific address, town or postal code you are interested in below the property type and post code fields, or you can proceed to the next step.

 

 

  • Click on the "To Rent" button for searching rental properties or the "For Sale" button for properties that are on sale.

 

Method 2

  • Alternatively, from the top menu bar, click on the "Let only" button for rental properties or the "Sale" button for properties that are on sale.



     
  • Selected page will open with search box.

 

       .

 

  • You can type in your desired address, town or postal code in the search box or proceed to the next step.

    • If you are on the "Let only" page, click on the "To Rent" button for rental properties. If you are on the "Sale" page, click on the "For Sale" button for properties that are on sale.

         

 

  • Finally, find your desired property from the search listing and click on its "Details" button to view more information about the property.




  • To access your profile on the website, click on the "Down Arrow" button located at the top right corner of the website.

 

  • From the drop down menu, select the "My Profile" button.

 

  • Once you are on the profile page, you can edit your account details.

 

 

Personal Information

  • Add/Edit your personal information details in the designated fields.
    • Note that you cannot edit the email associated with your account.

    • Click camera icon on avatar for uploading your image.

 

Contact Details

  • Under “contact details”, you can edit or add new contact details.\

 

  • After making the necessary changes, click on the "Update" button.

    • A pop-up message will appear, indicating that your “Personal information has been successfully updated”. 

 

Change Password

  • Enter your new password in the designated field.
    • Re-enter your new password for the confirmation.

 

  • Click on “Change Password” button.

    • A pop-up message will appear, indicating that your “user password has been successfully changed.”

From the top Menu bar find and click on “Let only” menu button. (To rent) / Click on “Sale” menu button. (For buying)

       

 

  • Scroll down and find “Enquire Now” button.

              

           

 

 

Let only:

  • A rental enquiry form will open.

 

Personal Details

  • Type your “Full Name”, “City”
  • Select “Country” and type your “Post Code”
  • Type your “Address”, “Phone Number” & “Email Address”

 

Property Details

  • Click and select your desired “Bedroom” from drop down.
  • Define your “Price Range”.
  • Click and select your desired “Property Type” from the drop down.
  • Type your “Preferred Post Code”.

  • Check the box for agreeing Rentigo’s terms and policy.

 

  • Click on “Submit” button.

    • Dialog Box will open “Enquiry has been sent successfully”.
    • You will also receive an email for let only enquiry submission.

 

Sale:

  • Buyers' enquiry form will open.

 

Personal Details

  • Type your “Full Name”, “City”
  • Select “Country” and type your “Post Code”
  • Type your “Address”, “Phone Number” & “Email Address”

 

Property Details

  • Click and select your desired “Bedroom” from drop down.
  • Define your “Price Range”.
  • Click and select your desired “Property Type” from the drop down.
  • Type your “Preferred Post Code”.
  • Click and select “Mortgage”.
  • Click and select “Valuation”.
  • Click and select your “Readiness to buy”.
  • Click and select “Property to sell”.
  • Click and select “Buyer status”.

 

  • Check the box for agreeing Rentigo’s terms and policy.

 

  • Click on “Submit” button.

    • Dialog Box will open “Enquiry has been sent successfully”.
    • You will also receive an email for buyer enquiry submission.

 

  • To edit your property details. First, click on the "Down Arrow" button situated at the top right corner of the website.

 

  • Next, click on “Dashboard” button from the drop down menu

 

  • Click on the “Landlord Dashboard” tile.

 

  • Click on “Let Only Properties” tile.

    • This will display a page showing all of your properties.

 

  • Locate your property and click on its “Details” button.

 

  • Find and click on “Property Details” tab.

    • Property detail form will open.

 

  • You can now edit your property details. (Note: Payment and acquired service-related fields will be locked in for major changes, you cannot edit them).

  • Click on the "Login / Sign Up" button located at the top right corner of the website.

  • Click on the "Log In" button from the drop down.

  • Click on the "Forgot Password" button.

  • Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Email Password Reset Link".

  • Check your email for Reset Password, follow the instructions in the email to verify your identity and reset your password.
  • Click on the Reset Password Link in the email.
    • Ensure that your new password meets the password strength requirements, which include a minimum of eight characters, at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number.

  • Enter your new password twice to confirm it.
  • Click "Reset Password" to update your password.

  • You can now login with your updated password.

  • From top Menu bar find and click (You can choose any of the following):
    • Full Management/Guaranteed Rent/Holiday Rental

    • Note: You can read the Full Management and Guaranteed Rent packages detail present on top of the enquiry form)
    • The selected page will open with the “Enquire now” form.

 

  • Go to “Enquire Now” form.

  • Type your “Name”, “Email”, “Phone”, “Address” and “Comments” in designated fields.

  • Check the box for agreeing Rentigo’s terms and policy.

  • Click on “Send” button.

    • A pop up will appear “User enquiry has been sent successfully”.
    • You will also receive an email for enquiry submission.

  • Click on the "Down Arrow" button located at the top right corner of the website.

 

  • Click on “Add New Property” button from the drop down menu.

 

  •  A form for "Adding New Property" will appear.

 

Purpose* (Rental/Sale):

  • Select Purpose for either Renting or Selling (By Default only Rental is available).

 

Package* (Studio/Bungalow/Penthouse):

  • Select the Package according to your requirement.

 

Property Purpose* (Residential/Commercial):

  • Select the Property Purpose according to your purpose.

 

Property Type* (Flat/Maisonette/Penthouse/House/Detached etc.):

  • Select the Property Type according to your property type.

 

Rental Type* (Company/Long Tern/Short term):

  • Select the Rental Type duration.

  • Now Define
    • Area sqft of your property
    • Rent £ (pcm) you want to charge
    • Deposit required for property
    • Available from (DATE) for the availability
    • Council tax band if available.

 

  • If New Build click and select Yes, any housing Benefits select yes and if students allowed select yes.

Specification*:

Bedrooms*:

  • Select the number of bedrooms available for your property.

Baths*:

  • Select the number of baths available for your property.

 

Facilities (Hospital/School/Super Market/Pharmacy etc.):

Define the distance of the facilities located form your property in Miles

  • For Example:
    • Hospital:  0.6
    • School:    0.5
    • Bus Stop: 0.2
    • Airport:     2

 

Features (Wi-Fi/Swimming Pool/Parking/Balcony/Security etc.):

Check the box of the features associated with your property

  • For Example:
    • Wi-Fi
    • Parking
    • Garden
    • Balcony
    • Close to local Amenities

Description*:

  • Provide the Features and Description for your property in the description box.

 

Complete Property Address*:

  • Enter Your Property Name or Number
  • Enter Your Property Street Address
  • Enter your Property Post Code & County
  • Enter your Property City & Country

 

Town*:

  • Click on Location Input and input your property location by entering the complete postcode then select the location by clicking on the drop down generated from your input.

Main Photo*:

  • Click on browse and select the main photo of your property to upload from the manager

 

Add Photos:

  • You can upload more photos by clicking on browse and selecting single or multiple photos of your property

              

    • Also, if you don’t have pictures of your property, you can check the box “I require Rentigo to get photos for this property” only for Flat/Bungalow package. (Note: Additional cost £50 + VAT will be charged for this service)

 

Virtual Tour:

  • State your property 360 virtual tour link in the box.

    • If you want to acquire this service from rentigo, check the box “I don’t have, I would like Rentigo to arrange this”. (Note: Additional cost £100 + VAT will be charged for this service)

 

Certificates Required:

EICR Certificate*:

  • You can upload the EICR Certificate by clicking on browse and selecting the document.

    • Also, if you don’t have the required document of your property, you can check the box “I don't have EICR Certificate, I would like Rentigo to arrange this”. (Note: Additional cost £125 for single bedroom/studio + VAT and more £25 will be charged for each additional bedroom + VAT for this service)

 

EPC * Energy performance certificate*:

  • You can upload EPC Certificate by clicking on browse and selecting the document.

    • Also, if you don’t have the required document of your property, you can check the box “I don't have EPC Certificate, I would like Rentigo to arrange this”. (Note: Additional cost £75 + VAT will be charged for this service)

 

Gas Certificate (Optional):

  • You can upload the Gas Certificate by clicking on browse and selecting the document.

 

PAT Test Certificate (Optional):

  • You can upload the PAT Test Certificate by clicking on browse and selecting the document.

 

Floor Plan (Optional):

  • You can upload your property Floor plan by clicking on browse and selecting the image.

 

Property Licence (Optional):

  • You can upload your property licence by clicking on browse and selecting the document.

 

Please input the current and potential values for EPC graph:

  • Define “Current” and “Potential” energy efficient values in their respective fields.

 

Contact numbers to be displayed on adverts:

  • To edit & add the contact number, simply click on the fields and add your contact number.

Property Notes (optional):

  • Click on the box to type notes for this property.

 

  • Check the box for agreeing Rentigo’s terms and policy.

 

  • Click on “Save Property (Draft)” button (will save as draft – first time).

    • You will see the popup “Property saved successfully”. Now “Submit for Approval” button will appear.

 

  • Click on “Submit for Approval” button.

    • A prompt will pop up Are you sure? Payment dependent fields will be locked for editing after submission. You won't be able to revert this!”
    • Note: Review the form thoroughly before submitting for approval. As you won’t be able edit major changes.

 

  • Click on “Yes, Submit!” button.

    • It will redirect to the payment section with your order details, also you will receive an email for the generated invoice (you can also click on “Pay Now” link in the email, which will redirect you to the payment section).

 

  • Enter your payment details (Card Number, Expiration, CVC and Country).

 

  • Click on “Pay Now” button.

 

  • On payment Completion You will see “Payment Completed” notification with your transaction id.

    • You will also receive an email for “Payment Order Paid”, which includes your Transaction id, Receipt, Property Ref id, Property Address with the payment order details.
    • Now wait for Rentigo to approve your property. Once approved you will receive an email and notification for the “property Status update” by Rentigo.
      • If Updated Status is listed, you have successfully added and listed your property on Rentigo Portal.
