When you choose Brixsar as your partner, you can be assured that you are receiving expert advice from trained and experienced professionals. Landlords with Brixsar are able to choose from four different packages of property management. The level of assistance and cover you receive will depend on which service you have chosen. All terms and conditions will be covered when landlords sign up with Brixsar.
When cover has been selected, secure payment is taken online, and a copy of the receipt will automatically be sent to the landlord's email. Brixsar landlords are also able to fill in an online form with important property details such as property accessibility, parking, pet allowance, etc. These details will be shared with the prospective tenants and stored by Brixsar for future reference during maintenance outcalls.
When a repair or maintenance issue arises from either the landlord or tenant, our team will work to allocate the job to a member of our maintenance crew. You will be updated with a date and time that the repairs are scheduled via email or text. Our online system allows landlords to log in to their account and keep up to date with the repairs being carried out at their property. We will keep all records and invoices available to you in your online account for peace of mind.
When work is completed at the property, all parties will be informed via their online account. Landlords will be asked for their feedback regarding the work carried out at their property, and all comments and observations will be used to improve our services.
